From start to finish
On this project Loading acted as a subcontractor specialising in construction work. Our role was to carry out the construction tasks from the start through to final completion. We used modern technology and quality materials to achieve excellent results. In the final phase we focused on installing new equipment, placing furniture and decorative elements and perfecting every detail. Our goal was 100% customer satisfaction, which is why we handled every aspect of the project with the utmost care and professionalism.

Project preparation after consulting the client:

After consulting the client, we start by preparing a detailed plan that reflects their requirements for the construction work. Our specialists analyse the spatial layout and colour schemes to achieve the desired look and functionality.

Thorough site preparation:

Before the renovation itself, the whole space has to be carefully prepared so that the construction and interior work can follow without complications. This preparatory phase includes dismantling existing equipment and technical installations and removing floor coverings, tiling, paint and other surface layers that no longer suit the new design. Where needed, structural work is also carried out, such as demolition, changes to load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures, and alterations to electrical, water and ventilation systems. The aim of this phase is a clean, safe and technically sound base for the precise realisation of the new design and the smooth progress of the following stages.

Completion: detailing and fine-tuning to perfection

After the core construction work, we move on to the final phase of the school renovation, which has four main steps: installing new equipment, placing school furniture to the exact design specifications, supplying and installing decorative elements to create a pleasant environment, and thoroughly checking and adjusting every detail. The aim is a result that meets and often exceeds the client's expectations, creating an ideal learning environment.
