FROM DESIGN TO REALITY.
Who we are
Architecture starts with a vision. We turn it into reality.
We are a delivery team that understands the value of a concept, respects the details and turns designs into functional, precisely built spaces.
Loading s.r.o. has been on the market since 2004 and specialises in complete delivery of construction and interior projects. We build our partnerships on trust, open communication and technical precision.
From breaking ground to the final finishing work, we are a partner you can rely on, whether it is a family home, an interior or a large development project.
Our
projects
The Loading s.r.o. name stands behind dozens of successful projects across many fields, from restaurants and housing to specialised buildings.
We helped create distinctive places such as the Kogo restaurant in Prague and Food Lab, which combine quality design with flawless execution.
We are also behind the rooftop apartments in the Savoy building, where we combined a sensitive approach to the existing architecture with modern comfort.
Our work also extends to horticultural and multi-purpose buildings, such as the multi-purpose hall in Augsburg, which we delivered with an emphasis on functionality, durability and aesthetics.

"A former hat factory turned into a school with almost no limits. Square primary school in Nusle relies on well-thought-out details and fitting graphic elements"

"The food was perfect, both the starter and the main course. The atmosphere was great too, especially the music combined with one of the most interesting restaurant designs I have seen lately. I can only highly recommend it"

"Food Lab, where taste meets creativity🌟👏🏼 Our visit to Food Lab was a real experience. As soon as we arrived we were charmed by the beautiful interior full of greenery, which creates a pleasant, almost soothing atmosphere. 🌿The plants are an integral part of the space and make it feel like a modern yet very cosy oasis in the city centre. ..."
