Project preparation after consulting the client:

After consulting the client, we start by preparing a detailed design that reflects their requirements and aesthetic preferences.
-
Our design team proposes the spatial composition, colour schemes and design elements to achieve the desired look and atmosphere of the restaurant.

Thorough site preparation:
-
Before the renovation of the apartment in the historic Savoy building could begin, the whole space had to be carefully prepared. This involved removing the original fittings and equipment, stripping outdated surface layers and, where needed, carrying out the necessary structural alterations. The aim of this phase was a clean, technically prepared base for the following construction work, turning the apartment into a modern, functional and well-balanced space while respecting the historic character of the building.

Completion: detailing and fine-tuning to perfection
-
After the core construction work, we move on to the final phase of the Savoy renovation, which has four main steps: installing new equipment, placing furniture to the exact design specifications, supplying and installing decorative elements to create a cosy, stylish setting, and thoroughly checking and adjusting every detail. Our aim is a result that meets and often exceeds the client's expectations, creating an ideal space for a comfortable and elegant lifestyle.
